By accessing the Site or buying a product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you're buying for a business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the "Last Updated" date above will show when. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The version in effect when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
Everything we sell is 100% digital. Our products include, but are not limited to:
Showit website templates
Instagram and social media templates, including 9-grid Instagram systems and content bundles
Podcast cover templates
Course and launch asset templates
Digital guides, workbooks, and PDFs
Online courses, trainings, and tutorials
Interactive web tools, AI prompt kits, and copywriting resources
No physical products are sold or shipped. Product images and previews are for display purposes. Your final result will depend on your own content, photos, and edits.
If we offer a custom or done-for-you service in the future, it will be governed by a separate written agreement, which will control for that service.
3. PURCHASES, PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges that apply in your country.
We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, or offer discounts at any time. Price changes and new promotions don't apply to purchases already completed. Coupon codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and can't be applied to past purchases.
4. DELIVERY & ACCESS
After your purchase, you'll receive access by email, download link, a Showit template transfer, a Canva template link, or a login to a course or tool, depending on the product. If you haven't received access within 24 hours (please check your spam folder!), email us at hello@alemerinobranding.co.
Please download and save your files as soon as you receive them. Download links and access may expire, and we're not responsible for files lost after delivery.
Showit templates are delivered to the email address connected to your Showit account. Please make sure the email you provide is correct. A template transferred to the wrong email because of an incorrect address may not be transferable again.
5. NO REFUNDS POLICY
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you receive access to a digital product, it can't be returned, exchanged, or canceled. This includes Showit template transfers, Canva template links, downloads, courses, and tools.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Please review product details, previews, and requirements carefully before buying, and reach out with any questions before you purchase. We're happy to help you choose the right product!
If you receive a file that is damaged or doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll send you a working replacement.
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a product you received access to is a violation of these Terms. It will result in immediate revocation of your license and access to all of our products. We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide proof of delivery.
6. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-business license to use it for your own personal or business brand. Unless your purchase states otherwise:
One purchase = one brand or business. Using a template for an additional brand, business, or client requires an additional purchase.
Showit templates may be used for one website only.
You may edit and customize templates as much as you'd like for your own brand. You may change colors, fonts, images, layouts, and copy.
You may NOT:
Resell, share, sublicense, give away, or redistribute any product or part of a product, whether edited or unedited;
Use our products to create templates, designs, or products for resale or for clients;
Share your login, download links, Canva template links, or course access with anyone else;
Upload our products to any marketplace, template library, or file-sharing site;
Claim the original design, course content, or tool as your own work;
Use our products for anything illegal, harmful, or misleading.
Designers and Virtual Assistants: If you're setting up a template on behalf of a client, the client must purchase their own license.
Violating these terms may result in your license being revoked without a refund and may lead to legal action.
7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, FONTS & IMAGES
Our products are designed to work with third-party platforms such as Showit, Canva, Flodesk, and similar tools. Please note:
You are responsible for any subscriptions, accounts, or fees those platforms require (for example, an active Showit plan to publish your website, or a Canva Pro account to use Pro elements).
We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, or any changes to their features that may affect how a product works.
Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
Domain names, hosting, and email marketing platforms are not included with any template.
Fonts: Some templates use fonts that are free to use or already included on the platform. Where a premium font is shown, you may need to buy a separate license from the font creator, or swap in another font.
Stock photos and images: Photos shown in previews and demos are for display purposes only and may not be included with your purchase. Please replace them with your own images or properly licensed stock photos.
8. AI TOOLS & COPYWRITING RESOURCES
Some products include AI prompt kits, interactive tools, or copywriting guidance. These are designed to help you create content faster, but:
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any copy or content you create with them before publishing.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, or may resemble existing content. We don't guarantee its accuracy, originality, or legal compliance.
Any AI platform you use (such as ChatGPT or Claude) is a third-party service governed by its own terms.
Nothing produced with our tools is legal, financial, or professional advice.
9. COURSES & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Course access is for the individual purchaser only and may not be shared. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, access is provided for the lifetime of the course, meaning as long as we continue to offer that course. We may update, reorganize, or improve course content at any time.
All courses, trainings, and guides are for educational purposes only. We are designers, not lawyers, accountants, or financial advisors. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your business.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Our products are tools to help you build a beautiful, professional brand, but your results depend on how you use them and on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including income, sales, clients, followers, podcast downloads, or website traffic. Any examples or testimonials we share reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Site and in our products is the property of Ale Merino Branding Co. or its licensors. This includes templates, designs, layouts, graphics, logos, brand elements, course materials, videos, guides, tools, code, and written content. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a license to use the product as described in Section 6. It does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, reproduce, modify for redistribution, publish, or distribute any of our content without our prior written permission.
Your content is yours. Any text, photos, logos, or brand materials you add to our templates remain your property.
Sharing your work: We love seeing our templates in action! We may occasionally feature websites or designs built with our templates as examples on our Site or social media. If you'd prefer not to be featured, just let us know.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect misuse, sharing, or a violation of these Terms.

Support covers access issues and general product questions. It does not include custom design work, editing templates on your behalf, copywriting, or troubleshooting for third-party platforms (such as Showit, Canva, or domain providers). For platform-specific issues, please contact that platform's support team directly.
14. AFFILIATE LINKS & PARTNERSHIPS
Some pages, emails, or resources may include affiliate links to tools we use and love. If you buy through these links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we believe in. Some products may also be offered through partner programs or at special partner pricing. Any partner-specific terms will be shown at the time of purchase.
15. MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS OR SITE
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue products, features, or any part of the Site at any time without notice. Product updates may be provided at our discretion, but we are not obligated to provide future versions, updates, or new features for past purchases.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nuevo León and the federal laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Before starting any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@alemerinobranding.co so we can try to resolve the issue informally, and to allow at least 30 days to reach a resolution. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, México.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
20. GENERAL
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the full agreement between you and us regarding the Site and our products.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
No waiver: If we don't enforce a provision right away, that doesn't mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
Language: These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version controls.
