It really depends on the kind of project that you select and the inbound turn around time, for example:
Podcasts Covers: 3-7 business days, from the first drafts to the final files.
Branding: 5-15 business days, from the first drafts to the final files.
Social Media Templates: 3-7 business days, from drafts to final files.
Web Design: 4-8 weeks, from drafts to the Web launch.

But if you buy any of the templates, you'll get immediate full access to the files and it actually depends on how long would it takes you, to update your new graphics ;)
