Contact details: your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your business name, website, or social media handles
Purchase information: billing name, billing address, email, and details of what you bought. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Account information: your login details for courses, tools, or member areas
Showit and Canva details: the email connected to your Showit or Canva account, so we can deliver templates
Messages and forms: anything you send us through contact forms, quizzes, surveys, emails, or social media messages
Content you submit to our tools: text you enter into our interactive tools or copy builders
Information collected automatically:
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, and the site you came from
Cookies and similar technologies: small files that help our Site work, remember your preferences, and help us understand how visitors use the Site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

When you sign up for a freebie, join our list, or make a purchase, we may add you to our email list. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. Even if you unsubscribe, we'll still send you transactional emails related to your purchases, such as access details.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job. These may include:
Website and shop platforms: Showit, GoHighLevel
Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal, or similar providers
Email and CRM tools: GoHighLevel or similar email marketing platforms
Business operations: Notion, Zapier, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Product delivery: Showit (template transfers), Canva (template links), and course hosting platforms
Analytics: Google Analytics or similar tools
These providers have their own privacy policies and are expected to keep your data secure.
We may also disclose information:
when required by law, a court order, or a government authority;
to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our customers;
as part of a business sale or transfer, in which case your information would stay protected under this policy.
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We're based in México, and many of our service providers are located in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer data, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
The transfers described in Section 5 are those needed to provide our products and services. Under Mexican law, some of them don't require your separate consent. By using the Site, you acknowledge that these transfers take place.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

After that, we securely delete or anonymize it.

These include secure platforms, encrypted payment processing, and access limited to the people who need it. performance of a contract (delivering your purchase);
our legitimate interests (running and improving our business);

For residents of California and other US states with privacy laws: you may have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 20 business days for requests under Mexican law and within 30 days for others.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Site and products are intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we'll delete it.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Site, emails, and products may include links to other websites and tools, such as Showit, Canva, or affiliate partners. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please review their privacy policies.
